Interactive Brokers

You must have installed the IB API, for more information go to install IB API.

You need to enable the Interactive Brokers software for ActiveX/Socket Clients.

To do that, click on Configure, API, Trusted IP Addresses.

Check the checkbox  "Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients"

Make sure that the option Socket Port has the value 7496, that is the default.

On the Trusted IP Addresses click on the button create and type inside the white box the number 127.0.0.1, click OK, your IB Configuration Window must look like this

Click OK to close the configuration window.
